Physician – Primary Care / Family Medicine

Location: Fort Campbell, KY
Facility: Blanchfield Army Community Hospital – Intrepid Spirit Center
 

MDPerm is seeking a Primary Care / Family Medicine Physician to support the Intrepid Spirit Center at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, Kentucky.

This physician will provide comprehensive medical care to active-duty service members experiencing traumatic brain injury (TBI), neurological conditions, and related health issues.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations.

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Provide preventive medicine and health maintenance care.

• Coordinate referrals to specialty providers when appropriate.

• Document patient encounters in MHS GENESIS.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for treatment planning.

• Provide medical consultation to other providers within the clinic.

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).

• Completion of ACGME-approved residency in Family Medicine or Primary Care.

• Board certified or board eligible through ABMS or AOA.

• Current unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state.

• Current BLS certification.

• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience preferred.

Schedule

• Full-time

• Monday – Friday

• 40 hours per week
