Qualifications
Education: Graduate from a program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA)
Certifications:
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
Must possess or obtain within required timeframes:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 3 months of start
Experience: At least one year of experience within the past two years as a practicing Physician Assistant
Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in any U.S. state or territory
Primary Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Full-time; M-F

Primary Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Provide comprehensive primary and specialty medical care within the scope of training and facility privileges
- Perform screenings, physical exams, immunizations, and manage both acute and chronic conditions
- Diagnose, treat, and counsel patients across all organ systems
- Recognize emergency conditions and appropriately triage or refer complex cases
- Participate in and lead staff training, in-service education, and clinical lectures
- Encourage health promotion and preventive care through patient education and annual wellness visits
- Prescribe medications and immunizations in accordance with established protocols
- Build collaborative relationships with physicians, nurses, and support staff to enhance care delivery
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and attend team meetings for quality improvement
